Before GhanaSchool, we tracked attendance in notebooks and spent every Friday afternoon compiling registers. Now the gate guard scans QR codes, I can see who is present before assembly ends, and the district office gets our reports in seconds. It simply works.

Common questions

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope, but most projects fall between four and twelve weeks. A business website or a focused internal tool is usually on the shorter end. Something like GhanaSchool or GhStay PMS — a full product with mobile support, offline capability, and role-based access — takes longer. We agree on a realistic timeline during scoping, before work begins.

Do you handle maintenance and support after launch?

Yes. Both GhanaSchool and GhStay PMS are products we continue to operate and improve. For client projects, we discuss post-launch support as part of the engagement. Bugs discovered shortly after delivery are fixed at no charge. Ongoing feature work or hosting support can be arranged separately.

Can you work with clients outside Kumasi or outside Ghana?

Yes. The studio is based in Kumasi but the work is entirely remote-compatible. We have worked with clients across Ghana and are open to projects from anywhere in West Africa and beyond. All communication happens over WhatsApp, email, or video call — wherever you are.

What if I already have existing software or systems?

That is a common situation. We can build something that connects to your existing tools, migrate data from legacy systems, or design a replacement that accounts for what you are already running. The first conversation is the right place to walk through what you have and what you need.

How does pricing work?

Projects are priced at a fixed total agreed before work begins — not by the hour. The price is based on scope, complexity, and timeline. There are no retainers or surprise charges. If the scope changes after agreement, we discuss and agree on any adjustment before proceeding.

What technology do you build with?

Web applications are built with Next.js and PostgreSQL — the same stack used by major technology companies. Mobile and desktop products use React Native and Electron respectively. We choose tools that are reliable, well-supported, and that you can hand to another developer in future without being locked in.
